In order to create a barrier-free environment for purchasing and using insurance products, the Company provides remote service for persons with disabilities and other low-mobility groups to purchase and maintain insurance products at the Company.

Remote service and registration of the insurance contract is carried out by the client's request:

In case of receipt of an application, the Company organizes free of charge for the Client the communication of the insurance agent with the Client, the exchange of documents with the Client regarding the conclusion, maintenance and/or execution of the insurance contract at any address of the settlement in Ukraine, where the office of the Company's partner network is located. The Company, if necessary, may organize a courier call free of charge to provide remote service.
