Insurance risks

Road accident

Road traffic accident* involving a vehicle.
*A road traffic accident means an event that occurred while a vehicle was in motion, resulting in
people being killed or injured or material damage being caused and/or including the ejection of stones or other solid particles from under the wheels of the vehicle;

Disaster

External action of natural phenomena (lightning strike, storm, hurricane, downpour, hail, snowfall, earthquake, tornado, tsunami, mudslide, landslide, landslide, flood, flood).

Fire

Uncontrolled combustion, both external and resulting from spontaneous combustion or explosion in a vehicle, including caused by short-circuiting of electrical wiring, lightning strike (except for fire caused by arson)

Falling objects

Unlawful possession of a vehicle

Unlawful seizure of a vehicle and/or equipment committed intentionally, for any purpose. Unlawful seizure of a vehicle should be understood as the unlawful seizure of a vehicle by any means from the owner or user against their will.

Military risks*
