Yevgeny Karnaukhov is an experienced manager with many years of experience in the insurance and finance sectors. His career began in government auditing, after which he gained significant experience in internal security and sales development in large insurance companies.

From 2022 to 2024, Yevhen held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board for Development and Innovation, where his expertise was focused on sales organization, project management, development and implementation of modern insurance services, and business process optimization. He also has experience in managing a company specializing in leasing.

Since November 2024, Yevhen Karnaukhov has joined the team of PJSC "IC "GRAWE UKRAINE" as Executive Director for Sales, and since April 2025 he has been appointed Member of the Board. His competencies in strategic management and innovation implementation, deep understanding of the insurance business, and professionalism will contribute to the further development of PJSC "IC "GRAWE UKRAINE" and strengthening its positions in the market.

As a Member of the Board for Sales of PJSC Insurance Company "GRAWE UKRAINE", Yevhen is responsible for:

Management of insurance product sales
Development of retail sales and expansion of the regional network
General direction of the Main Sales Department
