In the event of an insured event, it is necessary:

• immediately, but no later than 24 hours after the occurrence of the insured event, seek help from a medical institution and perform all diagnostic and treatment procedures prescribed by a doctor, as well as seek help from competent authorities (according to the nature of the event: competent departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ambulance service, fire protection authorities, gas service, etc.);

• within 2 working days from the date of the occurrence of the event, notify the GRAWE UKRAINE Insurance Company of the occurrence of the insured event (by telephone, e-mail) with the name, surname, patronymic of the insured person, contract number, reasons and circumstances of the insured event, consequences insurance event (if known).

• within 3 working days from the date of occurrence of an event that has signs of an insured event, submit a written statement-notification of the occurrence of an insured event to PJSC "Insurance Company "GRAWE UKRAINE";

• in advance, but not later than 30 calendar days, notify the GRAWE UKRAINE Insurance Company of its intention to submit medical documents to the medical and social expert commission (MSEK) for the purpose of assigning a disability group.
