    ACTIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN INSURANCE EVENT

    In the event of an insured event, the Insured is obliged to:

    1. Immediately as soon as it becomes known, but in any case no later than the deadline specified in the insurance contract, notify PJSC SK GRAVE UKRAINE and send a notification about the incident to the email address claims@grawe.ua You can download it at the link.

    (in the subject of the email, be sure to indicate the insurance contract number, incident PROPERTY, and contact phone number)

    2. Depending on the nature of the incident, contact the competent authorities to establish the fact, causes, and consequences of the incident (SES, police, gas service, housing and communal services/housing associations, etc.).

    3. If possible, record the circumstances of the incident in a photo or video.

    4. Keep the damaged property in the same condition in which it was at the time of the incident, until it is inspected by a representative of PJSC SK GRAVE UKRAINE.

    5. Provide the insurance company with the necessary documents to establish the causes, nature of the insured event, and determine the amount:

    - Insurance contract.

    - Copy of the passport of the property owner or authorized person: 1, 2, 3, 4 pages (5,6 for persons over 45 years of age) and the page with the registration of the last place of residence or ID card and Extract from the Unified State Demographic Register of the place of residence / Certificate of the place of registration of an internally displaced person.

     - Copy of the certificate of assignment of an individual tax number (TIN).

     

    IMPORTANT! ALL Copies of these documents must be properly certified - that is, there must be the inscription "According to the original" or "Copy is true", the date and signature of the recipient of the funds.

    - Title documents confirming the property interest of the insured/beneficiary in the insured property

    - Technical passport for damaged property

    - Photo of damage

    - Other documents, depending on the nature of the event, are necessary in each specific case to confirm the occurrence of the insured event, establish its causes, calculate the amount of damage, determine the guilty parties, etc.

    - Application for payment of insurance compensation.
