The GRAWE ASSISTANCE VIP package is available to all owners of cars worth $60,000 or more who have signed an insurance contract for their vehicle under the GRAWE CASCO program.
List of services provided within the GRAWE ASSISTANCE VIP program:
1. 1. Evacuation of the vehicle (vehicle) to the nearest place of storage or repair at the Customer's choice, if the vehicle cannot move on its own as a result of an accident or breakdown. The cost of mileage exceeding the limit amount is paid by the Client himself.
1.2 A road accident is understood as cases of damage to a motor vehicle as a result of a collision with another motor vehicle and/or collision with an obstacle (curb, wall, tree), as a result of which the motor vehicle is unable to continue moving safely. A mandatory condition for the provision of the service is an application from the scene of the accident.
No restrictions on limits and number of transactions
2.1. Delivery of fuel

3.1. The service includes: carrying out work on the emergency opening of the vehicle doors (in particular, but not exclusively, in the case of locking the keys in the car interior), the trunk of the vehicle, the hood of the vehicle.
3.2. Mandatory conditions for receiving the service:
The presence of a technical passport of the car, a document confirming the identity of the Client, and a document confirming the right to own the vehicle.

4.1. The client can use the taxi service:
4.2. If the limit is exceeded, the Client pays the difference on his own.
4.3. Coverage of this service is carried out only on the territory of Ukraine.

5.1. In the event of a breakdown/accident that makes it impossible for the car to continue to move independently, provided that the car cannot be repaired on the same day, the Client has the right to use the possibility of a replacement car, within the established limit and on the conditions below:
5.1.1. till to 3 working days (up to 5 days if the breakdown / accident occurred during the weekend) 5.1.2. подменный автомобиль выдается Клиенту на условиях Подрядчика (Партнера Исполнителя) 5.1.3. a security deposit may be required by the Client to the Executor's Partner.
6.1. Services provided to the Client in the event of an accident or technical breakdown of the car, which makes it impossible for the Client’s car to move further independently, and further evacuation of the car from the scene of an accident / breakdown to the nearest service station of the dealer network, provided that:
6.1.1. breakdown / accident occurred at night or during non-working hours of the service station of the dealer network (weekends or holidays) 6.1.2. if the car cannot be repaired within one working day and the Client is forced to wait for the repair to be completed the next working day at the service station;
6.2. The client and his passengers will be booked and paid for stay in 1 (one) - 2 (two) - 3 (three) - local rooms belonging to the category "suite" or "junior suite". If it is impossible to pay for the stay of the Client and his passengers in the hotel (depending on the time and location of the hotel), the Client will be reimbursed for such expenses, subject to the presentation of relevant documents, including:
6.2.1. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (copy); 6.2.2. Сtax payer registration certificate (copy); 6.2.3. Check or receipt for payment of services (original); 6.2.4. Service agreement (if any); 6.2.5. A copy of the act of acceptance / issue of the car (or other official document of the service station confirming the duration of the car repair) 6.2.6. Copy of passport; 6.2.7. A copy of the certificate of assignment of an identification number; 6.2.8. Application for compensation for incurred losses (with the specified bank card account details).
