Temporary disability due to an accident
The insured person's permanent loss of working capacity (or its reduction) with the establishment of disability as a result of an accident
Death of the insured person as a result of an accident
This type of insurance is regulated by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 232 dated 04/03/1995 "On approval of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions of mandatory personal insurance of employees of departmental and rural fire brigades and members of voluntary fire brigades (teams)" with changes and additions introduced by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 871 of 04/06/2003.
