Road accident involving two or more vehicles, including complete destruction of a vehicle as a result of a road accident involving two or more vehicles, regardless of who is at fault for the accident

Aggregate sum insured

The aggregate liability limit under the Insurance Contract is the limit of the Insurer's compensation for all insured events that occurred during the validity of the Insurance Contract.

The Insurance Contract is considered to be fulfilled and terminates from the moment of payment of the total insurance indemnity in the amount equivalent to the amount of the sum insured. The Contract is valid until the end of the agreed term within the amount that is the difference between the sum insured and the amount of insurance indemnities paid under this Contract.
